Scuderi Group は、独立した研究開発プロジェクトに先行投資してScuderi スプリットサイクルエンジン技術の発展を促し、特許ポートフォリオを継続的に強化していきます。Scuderi Group の特許出願と発明件数は増加の一途をたどっており、最終的には約50ヶ国でそれぞれ2件以上の特許が成立しています。Scuderi Group の各特許出願時には、一連の広範な国際特許検索が実施されています。こうした検索は、米国とヨーロッパ、日本の特許審査官または特許検索専門家が行っています。

Scuderi Group の特許ポートフォリオは特許が成立するごとに強化されていきます。新規特許がポートフォリオに追加されると共に知的財産の保護も強化されます。つまり特許件数が多いほど企業力の増大につながるのです。
